We made some healthy Fajitas.
We really enjoyed making and eating turkey Fajitas, tomato salsa and guacomale. We were surprised how quick and easy they were to cook! We used turkey instead of chicken because it was cheaper and a slightly healthier alternative. We looked at how well the Fajitas fit into the Eatwell Guide and saw that they cover most of the groups. Everyone tried all the food we made and said that they loved it!!!
