Potatoes For Schools 2024 #GYOP
Thank you so much to Potatoes For Schools for our potato growing kits. We love taking part in this great initiative and have been taking part now for many years. The campaign is to get children growing, yes you've guessed it, potatoes. It is always great fun from planting, watching them grow, and then harvesting them in the summer. We also love making plant labels for the growing bags too. The campaign also includes an 'Under The Soil' project too, where one seed potato is placed in a plastic bottle and we watch it grow and you can view the root system too. We'll let you know in later weeks how we get on with it all.
