RSPB Big Schools Birdwatch 2022
We've had lots of fun taking part in the RSPB Big School's Birdwatch. We've taken part in this for the past number of years now. This year some children from 4JM did the bird watch. A couple of weeks before the watch we made some fruit feeders for the birds to enjoy and put out plenty of other bird food.
When we were doing the watch we got really excited seeing the different birds around school, especially the big crow that landed in front of us on the playground.
You have to do the bird watch for an hour. Then go online and send in your results of what you've seen to the RSPB. This year the bird we saw the most was the wood pigeon. We then printed out some different types of graphs so we could clearly see our results.
