Forest Schools, Miss Stallards Class

Being outside with the Year 6's at forest schools was wonderful. They showed great enthusiasm for being outside and threw themselves whole heartedly into every activity, super hiding from the eagle eyed predator and wonderful teamwork in the 4 ball challenge.

Our Nordic themed session involved, Nordic weaving, making friendship bracelets, playing Viking Kubb, testing out throwing for accuracy and finally the rope, which at first they feared but soon overcame and loved the challenge. Big thanks to Miss Davis for her help. The woods, the best place to spend an afternoon!
