Forest Schools, Miss Oldnalls / Mrs Smiths Class
We all know Wolves class love being active and outside, what a fun afternoon in forest schools. Again the wet children were a product of their enthusiasm - nothing to do with the water game! We discussed the benefits of being outside, with friends and being active to improve mental strength which, this class truly understands the advantages - lots were telling me they have reduced their screen time. We challenged the children with the resilience rope game and all were great at finding their brave - making me very proud. We played the egg game, Andy, and we're practising yoga moves, in another group we foraged for our bug pictures with Miss Evans. Mrs Wheatley was in the woods with a tasting delight for some, freshly picked rhubarb, but pleased they all had an adventurous palate. They also made twine. A huge thank you to our invaluable helpers Mrs Wheatley, Miss Cundy and Miss Evans.
