Forest School: Mr Smith's Class
This week was the turn of Mr Smith's class to enjoy their forest school session. They firstly had a mindfulness session before putting their creative skills into action. With this weekend being Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday Miss Oldnall had planned a lovely session for them to make some wool poppies to be taken afterwards to our friends at Canal Vue Care Home, ready for their Remembrance Service on Saturday. The children did a fantastic job and felt so proud of their results. Miss Oldnall and myself have taken the poppies down to the care home ready for their service which now have pride of place at the front of the home. Another lovely act of kindness from the children.
