Illumination Street 2020
We entered the national competition Illumination Street.
The competition is in its second year and was created by tv gardener and presenter David Domoney. The object of the competition is to create a Christmas display. We entered the Best Children's Display category with our display which Miss Oldnall's Year 6 group helped me create. The display looked great in the school hall and everyone could see it until we broke up for Christmas.
There was two chances of winning, one with a public vote for the final 6 displays. The other was the Judges Choice. I was thrilled when they announced we had come 2nd in the Judges Vote.
