Forest Schools, December
Another lovely forest schools session. Firstly we had group introductions, followed by a mindful moment. We then positioned our new pallet (thank you for the donation!). Then we lit a fire in the Billy Kettle with flint and steel, kept feeding the fire to boil water for our hot chocolate for our forest school cafe. The children were so enthusiastic, encouraging and cooperative. We played sardines, we then devised a nature trail leading to hidden chocolate coins. Finally the children reviewed the session and played camouflage hide and seek. A great afternoon!
