Forest Schools, December 18th
Last forest schools session before we break up for Christmas. We have such a lovely group who are always willing to help each other. We enjoyed a mindful moment and warmed up with a game of 'flush the toilet' tag. We then ventured back to base in the woods and prepared our tree cookie decoration, hammering nails, to create a beautiful star tree decoration. The children collaboratively put up the hammock exhibiting amazing teamwork. Our hot chocolate cafe was run by the group, whilst others helped light the fire with flint and steel. We finished with a game of hunters and survivors. A fabulous session before Christmas.
