School Garden In April
Our school garden is filling up nicely as we approach May. I gave the metal garden gate a makeover over the Easter holidays. It looks much better now.
The children have also been busy sowing some beetroot, swiss chard, chives and mini sunflowers. Our onions, shallots and potatoes are doing nicely too in our brick raised beds. Our 'Under the Soil' experiment is doing nice as well showing how the roots of a potato grow.
Just need some nice sunshine now!
