Forest Schools, Feb 25th
Great to be back up in the forest, the children were mindfully looking at the trees starting to grow new leaves. Two teams and a game of racing ladders. Squash cafe was run by two eager helpers with chocolate biscuits. We then made our own set of drop sticks and the children played amazingly well. After the build a nest challenge began, our mud pool was very popular with one group who then, made their own hand prints on the trees and made a wonderful display. We had our very muddy hand gang. Lastly, we had to work as a team to protect the fragile balloons, great communication, enthusiasm and cooperation as ever!
