We have had lots of fun over the past few weeks growing the competition potatoes in bags. We have grown Casablanca and Shannon potatoes.

We have now had to harvest the potatoes which is always one of the best and fun parts of growing and weigh them for the competition. It is a national competition and the heaviest weight wins a prize, so fingers crossed! 

They have now been taken to the school kitchen for the children to enjoy with their dinners.
